The early stirrings of Crossfire Ranch began in Heidi’s heart around 2006, and since then, she has been journeying this path in many forms. The road has been stretching, beautiful, and filled with transformation—but above all, it has been one of the greatest faith builders in her life, second only to her role as a wife and mom. Heidi firmly believes that Crossfire exists and continues only by the grace, goodness, and wildness of God.

Today, she serves as the co-pilot of Crossfire Ranch, where she finds deep joy in building relationships with the kids, families, and supporters connected to the ministry. One of her greatest delights is watching young people “unfold” as they experience the goodness of connection—with horses, mentors, and ultimately, the love of God.

Heidi’s background is rooted in a lifelong fascination with people—their stories, their growth, and what helps them flourish. She holds degrees in psychology and sociology and has earned certifications in life and leadership coaching, lay counseling, and mental health coaching. Her professional journey includes work in social services and family coaching, but her most cherished role has been raising her own family.

She and her husband are the proud parents of three adult children, two sons-in-law, and grandparents to two sweet little boys. A farm girl at heart and an adventurer by nature, Heidi’s life and calling are firmly grounded in the freedom and foundation found in Jesus.

Paige has been connected to Crossfire Ranch since its beginning, serving in various roles over the years and continuing to be a steady presence in the ministry’s story. Her passion for animals and heart for people have made her a natural fit within the Crossfire community.

She currently works as a receptionist and equine assistant at a veterinary clinic, where she’s been for the past six years. Her professional background has long centered around animals—especially horses and dogs—bringing both skill and compassion to every space she serves.

In 2017, she married her husband, Terrell, after a whirlwind three-month courtship. Together, they share life with their two beloved dogs, one horse, and more houseplants than they care to count.

In her spare time, she enjoys taking on home improvement projects in their old farmhouse, exploring hiking trails with her faithful pups, discovering new taco spots, planning future adventures, and soaking in the peace of quiet moments.

Amanda lives in Appleton with her husband and their two lively cats, Kitty and Millie. As proud empty nesters, they enjoy their two grown children and cherish time with their spunky granddaughter, who is truly the apple of Amanda’s eye.
Her Christian faith, love of nature, reading, and travel are central to her life beyond family and community.

Amanda is a Certified Fundraising Executive and owner of Moore Fundraising Solutions. With over 15 years of experience, she has successfully helped numerous nonprofits thrive. She holds a master’s degree in public administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management and a bachelor’s degree in social work.

Since joining Crossfire Ranch in 2019, Wendy has been a dedicated part of the team, contributing her skills and heart to the ministry. She currently serves as the business manager at Ecumenical Partnership for Housing, where she oversees volunteer coordination, donations, maintenance, and accounting.

At home, she is a proud mom to three sons—two attending UW Green Bay and the youngest a senior at Wisconsin Virtual Academy. Their family also includes three dogs and a tortoise, who complete their lively household.

Since 2017, C. Dominica McGinnis has been an integral part of the Crossfire Ranch community. She is the executive coach and CEO of BridgeField Group, where she partners with professionals, business owners, and leaders to advance their personal and professional goals.

Dominica specializes in driving performance, growth, culture, and leadership success. As a strategic ally, she helps clients implement effective strategies, align vision and culture, expand their practices, strengthen leadership teams, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.

​When she’s not coaching or collaborating, Dominica enjoys a life off the beaten path near Austin, Texas.

Tom is a retired accountant, has served as mayor of Chilton and on various boards within the community. He is a man of deep faith and a strong proponent of youth, understanding the challenging times many are facing. Tom and his wife Nancy play an active role in Crossfire Ranch in promoting & partnering with its vision & mission.

Tom and Nancy are enjoying retirement attending their grandkids events, family get togethers and time at their “up north” retreat. They also continue to be involved in various community & civic opportunities. Tom is an accomplished outdoor sportsman and has great stories to share!

“Guided by faith, committed to serve”, attorney Ron Tusler brings his legal expertise and counsel to the table. Ron comes from a lineage of both entrepreneurs and civil servants, a tradition he continues to carry on having started his own law firm and serving in state government. 

Ron has been a friend and partner of Crossfire Ranch for a number of years, believing in the vision and mission of hope that is available only through Jesus.

Ron and his wife Devon have two beautiful young girls and relish family time. Ron is an outdoors sportsman and strong family advocate.
