Camp Dates:

  • June 8-12
  • July 13-17
  • August 10-14

Time: 9:00 – 3:00

$375 / Camper

Welcoming Ranch Adventurers!

  • Open to students going into K-8th grades
  • Camp runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily.
  • Each day is packed with horse activities such as in-hand work, riding and driving, as well as exploring the ranch, team activities, crafts and simply enjoying the moments.
  • Small group experience- only 12 campers per session for lots of connection and hands-on time.
  • Fridays are for celebration! Join us for a Fun Show & Potluck Social from 1:00-3:00 PM

High School Leadership Camp

This camp is specifically designed for mature high school students who are ready to take a deeper dive into God’s word, servant leadership and  opportunities. 

Leadership camp will have a total of six sessions on the following Mondays & Wednesdays in June/July:

June 15 & 17

June 22 & 24

June 29 & July 1

Camp runs from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM daily.

​​What to Bring to Summer Camp:

  • A love for horses and outdoors! 
  • Closed toe and heel shoes (boots or shoes with a heel are preferred but not required)
  • A bag lunch and a water bottle (water bottles can be refilled at the barn as needed)
  • Extra shoes / flip flops… just in case there are water shenanigans!! 
  • Hat for sunny days
  • For  Show Day: Parents/Caregivers – a healthy snack/food to share (optional)

Please leave all electronic devices at home, including phones. We welcome parents to take pictures on the last day of camp. We also try to take pictures throughout camp weeks as well. Devices brought to camp will be stored in the filing cabinet. 

Partial Scholarships are available to those in need. Please contact us for an application at admin@crossfireranch.org

​​Cancellation & Refund Policy:
A non-refundable registration fee is retained once the camper is registered (registration fee is 50% of the total camp fee). No refund will be given with less than a 30 day notice of camp’s start date, a 50% refund is given for cancellations at least one month (30 days) in advance.
