Volunteer Recruiter & Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator plays a key role in building and supporting a strong volunteer community at Crossfire Ranch. This individual identifies and recruits volunteers whose skills align with the organization’s needs, while also developing partnerships and outreach strategies to grow awareness. By establishing a streamlined recruitment processes and mentoring other volunteers, they help ensure a meaningful and impactful experience. This role requires strong leadership skills and contributes directly to Crossfire’s Mission of offering hope and healing and building community. Flexibility and a heart for service are essential!
